So I built a simple app in Zoho Creator to log each call, then write and send the follow-up email automatically—with my tone, their pain points, and zero extra brainpower.

1. Build a Discovery Call Logger in Zoho Creator
I made a form that includes:
- Client Name
- Notes from the call
- Services they’re interested in
- A “vibe score” (yes, I’m serious—it helps me tailor the tone)

Using Creator’s built-in integration options and a bit of Deluge scripting, I connected my app to OpenAI.

The script pulls the client info, sends a structured prompt to ChatGPT, and gets a full email draft back in seconds.
3. Automate the Send via Zoho Mail
Once the draft looks good, I click “Approve & Send”—and the email is fired off from my Zoho Mail account.

What used to take 15–20 minutes per client now takes under 1.
Even better? The follow-ups are better written, more consistent, and make me look ultra put-together.
