    THE PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

What slows a construction company down?

The work gets done. Keeping the office, the crews, and the billing in step is the hard part.

    Leads Buried in Texts

A good job slips away because the inquiry sat in someone's phone.

    Estimates by Spreadsheet

Every estimate starts from the last one, and nobody's sure which version went out.

    Scattered Jobs

Schedules, subs, photos, and change orders live in five different places.

    Billing Behind the Work

Progress invoices go out late because someone has to build them by hand.

    HOW WE CAN HELP

Which Zoho apps does a construction company use?

One connected Zoho system, built for you. Most contractors start with CRM, Books, and Projects.

    Zoho CRM

New leads, estimates sent, contracts signed, and active jobs in one pipeline.

    Zoho WorkDrive

Plans, photos, permits, and change orders filed by job.

    Zoho Books

Estimates, deposits, and progress billing for fixed-price or time-and-materials jobs.

    Zoho Forms

Site checklists and subcontractor forms that land on the right job.

    Zoho Projects

Job phases, subcontractor tasks, and a schedule your crews can see.

    Zoho FSM

Service calls and maintenance visits, dispatched to the tech's phone.

Guided job steps (Blueprint) need CRM Professional or higher; here's how Blueprints work.

    WHERE WE STARTED

Has TechnoMap worked with contractors before?

It's where we started. In 2014, Jozette and Jameson began building CRM, finance, and automation systems for construction, electricians, plumbers, and utility and government contractors. Those crews had no patience for software that slowed them down. That's still the test we use.

WE'LL TELL YOU WHAT TO SKIP

What does a contractor not need from Zoho?

Zoho FSM for long, phased builds. FSM is built around visits and service calls. A multi-month remodel fits Zoho Projects better.

A custom estimating app. Zoho Books estimates cover most contractors. Takeoff-heavy estimating may still need a dedicated tool.

Zoho One on day one. CRM, Books, and Projects cover most contractors at the start. Add apps when a real step needs them.

    COMMON QUESTIONS

What do contractors ask before switching to Zoho?

What is the best CRM for a construction company?

The one your crews and office will actually use, connected to estimating, jobs, and billing. Zoho fits contractors who want all of that in one system. If you need deep field features like RFIs and daily logs, a construction platform may fit better, and we'll tell you.

    Can Zoho do progress billing?

Yes. Zoho Books can bill by phase, so you invoice the deposit, each milestone, and completion instead of one bill at the end. It also handles fixed-price and time-and-materials jobs.

Should a contractor use Zoho Projects or Zoho FSM?

Use Projects for multi-week jobs with phases and subcontractors. Use FSM for service calls and maintenance visits dispatched to a tech's phone. Plenty of contractors use both.

    Can subcontractors use Zoho?

Yes, in the ways you choose. Subs can fill out Zoho Forms that land on the right job, like site checklists or completion notices. How much more they see depends on your apps and plan, and we set it up on purpose.

Do you work with my type of contractor?

We work with general contractors and remodelers, commercial contractors, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades, utility and government contractors, specialty subcontractors, and home service companies. If you estimate, schedule, and bill jobs, Zoho is likely a fit. The intro call is the quickest way to find out.

    What does it cost?

As of October 2026, Zoho One is $37 USD per employee per month billed annually when every employee is licensed, or $67 USD per user billed annually on flexible pricing. TechnoMap construction projects start at $6,500.
