Don't see your firm type?

If your firm runs on client relationships and recurring work, Zoho is likely a fit. Ask us on a quick call.

THE PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

What slows an accounting or advisory firm down?

The client work gets done. The admin around it is what eats the evenings.

The Document Chase

Half of busy season is emailing clients for the same three forms.

Deadlines in One Calendar

Filing dates, renewals, and reviews live in a calendar one person owns.

Scattered Client Records

The CRM, the inbox, and the spreadsheet each have a different version of the client.

Billing That Waits

Recurring work gets invoiced late because someone has to remember to send it.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Which Zoho apps does an accounting or advisory firm use?

One connected Zoho system, built for you. Most firms start with CRM, Forms, and Books.

Zoho CRM

Clients, prospects, households, and every engagement in one place.

Zoho Forms

Onboarding and document requests that land on the client's record.

Zoho Projects

Recurring engagements, close checklists, and every deadline with an owner.

Zoho Books

Retainer, fixed-fee, and hourly invoices for your own firm, on schedule.

Zoho Sign

Engagement letters signed online, filed with the client.

Zoho Analytics

Revenue by client, service line, and partner.

Good to know: time logged in Zoho Projects syncs to Zoho Books, and Books handles recurring invoices for retainers.

CLIENT RESULTS

"I truly had a complete mess with my database, with over 11,000 names.
After a definitive approach, I now have a clean functional database, with appropriate segmentation.
After 5+ years, I finally have a synchronized functional CRM, with features that I thought were only for the Big companies.
They delivered as promised."

COMMON QUESTIONS

What do firms ask before switching to Zoho?

What is the best CRM for an accounting firm?

The one your team will actually use, connected to onboarding, recurring work, and billing. Zoho fits firms that want all of that in one system. If you need tax-specific workflows built in, a practice management tool made for accountants may fit better, and we'll tell you.

Can Zoho handle client onboarding and document collection?

Yes. Zoho Forms collects client information and files and puts them on the client's CRM record. Engagement letters can go out for e-signature with Zoho Sign.

Is Zoho a good CRM for financial advisors?

It can be, for the business side: prospects, client reviews, households, and outreach. Advisors have recordkeeping and communication rules that vary by firm and regulator, so confirm any setup with your compliance team. TechnoMap doesn't make compliance determinations.

Do my clients have to use Zoho Books?

No. Zoho runs your firm: clients, engagements, deadlines, and your own billing. Your clients can keep QuickBooks, Xero, or whatever ledger they already use.

Do you work with my type of firm?

We work with accounting and CPA firms, bookkeepers, tax preparers, financial advisors and planners, fractional CFOs and advisory firms, and insurance agencies. If your firm runs on client relationships and recurring work, Zoho is likely a fit. The intro call is the quickest way to find out.

What does it cost?

As of October 2026, Zoho One is US $37 per employee per month billed annually when every employee is licensed, or US $67 per user billed annually on flexible pricing. TechnoMap projects start at $2,500.
