The short version
Who we are
TechnoMap, LLC ("TechnoMap," "we," "us") is a Zoho Authorized Partner based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We set up and support Zoho for small and mid-size businesses and enterprises. This policy explains what personal information we collect through technomap.org and our forms, booking page, chat and emails, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Most of what we have comes directly from you. The rest is collected automatically when you use the site.

We don't ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers or health information through the website.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and hold the calls you book
- To send your CRM Health Check results and follow-up emails about them
- To send the newsletter and other email you signed up for
- To deliver and bill for work if you become a client
- To see which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, so we can improve it
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Who we share it with
Cookies and analytics
Client system data
When we implement or support Zoho for a client, we may be able to see data stored in that client's Zoho account. We access it only to do the work the client asked for. That data belongs to the client, and our handling of it is covered by our agreement with them, not by this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and marketing information while we have an active relationship with you, or until you ask us to delete it. We keep client and billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security
We store information in business tools with access controls, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any message.
- Ask us what personal information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Decline non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser.
To make a request, email info@technomap.org. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights, and we'll honor the ones that apply to you.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. They aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we'll also note it on the site.
