Zoho Creator makes the setup part easy. I created a new app, added fields for lead info, dropped in a form, and felt like I was cruising.
Then I hit a wall. I needed logic to automatically tag leads by their UTM source—a fancy way of saying “where the heck did this lead come from?” I knew it was possible with Deluge scripting, but I wasn’t about to write it from scratch.
Enter: Zia, the AI Assistant
What most people don’t know is that Zoho Creator has Zia built in—and she’s a huge help when you're not a developer.
I just asked her: “Help me write a Deluge function to tag leads based on UTM source.”
