The Blueprint process will be installed onto your Zoho CRM system, and configured for all states, transitions and automations. You and your team will be able to utilize the process as soon as it is done. 

Your users will be automatically notified whenever action is next required on their part. This ensures that everyone knows what to do next and when. You can also report on their activity to ensure the work is being completed as expected.

Once you sign up, we will send you a link to schedule an introductory call to understand your needs. Once we have completed the work, we will have you book a call to answer any final questions you might have. 

This process is something we created out of the box because it gives us a good place to start with teams. However, it is just a starting point and everything is completely customizable to what you might need. 

Utilizing the data we generate from the Blueprint,  we will create reports. With this information your team can plan their next move, and management can also monitor all activity in the CRM.

When we complete our work, we will deliver it with training material. This can be used to train your team, but also will teach you how to make small changes to the Blueprint in the future. 

A review of your Leads module where we will set up or update any fields in your Leads module as needed for your business. In addition, we'll work together to refine the module's layout and permissions as well. 

If you are a new Zoho CRM customer and have data for your Lead module that you would like imported, we will work with you to not only add that data to the Leads module, but also cleanse the data before we import as needed.
