What Is Included

Blueprint Process

The Blueprint process will be installed onto your Zoho CRM system, and configured for all states, transitions and automations. You and your team will be able to utilize the process as soon as it is done. 

Date Fields & Automation

Two date fields will be added to your system - one for the date of last activity, and one for the next anticipated activity date. These will be automatically updated and can be used in reporting. 

Two Live Calls

Once you sign up, we will send you a link to schedule an introductory call to understand your needs. Once we have completed the work, we will have you book a call to answer any final questions you might have. 

Complete Customization

This process is something we created out of the box because it gives us a good place to start with teams. However, it is just a starting point and everything is completely customizable to what you might need. 

CRM Reporting

Utilizing the data we generate from the Blueprint,  we will create reports. With this information your team can plan their next move, and management can also monitor all activity in the CRM.

Training Materials

When we complete our work, we will deliver it with training material. This can be used to train your team, but also will teach you how to make small changes to the Blueprint in the future.
