How to Use Zia’s Smart Post Timing
It’s already built into your Zoho Social dashboard. You just have to know where to look.
Step 1: Start a New Post
- Go to Zoho Social > Posts > New Post
- Add your content, choose your channels, and write your caption
Step 2: Click “Smart Q” or Zia’s Suggested Time
When you get to the schedule options, you’ll see:
- Smart Q: A set of time slots Zia recommends based on past engagement
- Suggested Time: A specific day and time Zia has identified as optimal
Click it to auto-schedule the post at the best time—no guessing required.
Pro tip: Hover over the time to see why Zia picked it (based on clicks, likes, or reach patterns)
Step 3: Review & Adjust (If You Want)
You’re still in control. You can:
- Accept the recommendation as-is
- Move the post to a different time
- Apply Zia’s slot to multiple posts at once in your queue
This makes it easy to batch content while still optimizing performance.
Bonus: Zia Gets Smarter Over Time
She’s watching patterns you probably don’t have time to track—like:
- When your followers are most active by day of week
- What time of day gets the most clicks
- How each platform performs differently
Why I Stopped Manually Picking Times
- “Is 9AM too early?”
- “Do people check Instagram on Sundays?”
- “Maybe 3PM is better?”
TL;DR: Stop Guessing When to Post
- Reach more people
- Post with less stress
- Grow without having to overthink
