Watch Jozette Break Down this CRM Blueprint Hack
Here's How it Works
1. Identify the major Blueprint transitions.
These are your process milestones, or key moments where work moves from one stage to the next. Say from “Proposal Sent” to “Client Accepted.”
2. Create a Date/Time field for each milestone.
On the module where your Zoho Blueprint lives (like Leads or Deals), add a Date/Time field for each of those key transitions.
3. Set up automatic stamping in your Blueprint.
In each Blueprint transition’s After configuration, add a Field Update that fills in the corresponding Date/Time field at the Execution Time +0.
What This Does
Why I Love this Hack
You can create Zoho CRM reports that show how long it takes to move between key stages, and where delays are most common.
Use Zoho workflows to trigger reminders or alerts when a record lingers too long between transitions.
Not every transition follows the same timing. With these date/time fields in Zoho CRM, you can create SLA thresholds unique to each step.
Bottom Line
If you're already using Zoho CRM Blueprints, this hack turns your process into something you can actually measure. That means better decisions, smoother handoffs, and way more confidence that your CRM is helping and not holding you back.
