How It Works
When you start a Zoho Lens session:
- The customer or technician clicks a link (no app download needed)
- They give permission to share their location
- Their real-time GPS location shows in your Session Info panel
You get a map view right inside the dashboard, no switching tools, no guesswork.
Why It’s a Game-Changer for Mobile Teams
This is especially helpful if:
- Your techs are on the move (think solar installs, HVAC, delivery support, etc.)
- You’re troubleshooting equipment remotely
- The customer isn’t great at describing their location or the issue
