Here’s how to do it:
- Open any record — a Lead, Contact, or Deal
- Click New Activity > Meeting
- Fill in the meeting title, date, and time
- Add attendees as needed
- In the Location field, choose Zoom or Zoho Meeting
- You’ll need to connect your account first under Setup > Marketplace > Zoom or Zoho Meeting
- Hit Save
- Zoho CRM sends out a calendar invite to all participants — just like you would from Google or Outlook
Bonus: If you’ve connected your calendar, the meeting will show up automatically there too.
