Zoho Projects now has an embedded Zoho Sign integration that lets you send documents for signature directly from tasks and issues without leaving Projects.
This is not just “we also use Zoho Sign.” It puts signatures inside the place where the gate actually belongs: the task or issue that cannot move forward until it is signed.

Example 1: Client SOW approval
- Open a task called Client SOW Approval
- Attach the SOW to the task
- Send it with Zoho Sign
- Do not start kickoff until the document status shows signed

- Open an issue called Vendor change order
- Attach the change order PDF
- Send it for signatures
- Track signer progress inside the issue until complete
