I used Zoho SalesIQ, turned on Zobot, and gave it a job:
  • Greet the visitor
  • Ask a few qualifying questions
  • Offer to schedule a call or answer FAQs

How I Built My Zobot (No Code, No Stress)

Here’s what I did in about 30 minutes:

1. Opened Zoho SalesIQ > Zobot Builder

  • Go to SalesIQ > Settings > Zobot > Create Bot
  • Choose the Codeless Bot Builder

2. Created a Simple Flow
I built out this intro flow:

  • Welcome message: “Hey there! Looking for info or want to chat about a project?”
  • Three lead questions:
  • “What service are you interested in?”
  • “When are you looking to start?”
  • “What’s your email so we can follow up?”
  • Next steps:
  • Show a Calendly link to book a call
  • Offer to browse FAQs or services

No scripts. No logic trees. Just a drag-and-drop flow that does the talking for me.


3. Connected Zobot to CRM + Zia
Optional—but powerful:

  • I connected Zobot to Zoho CRM to instantly create new leads
  • Linked to Zia for smart suggestions when leads ask random questions
  • And integrated it with Zoho Desk, just in case someone needs support

Now I don’t just capture the lead—I route it to the right place without lifting a finger.

Bonus: Zobot Works All the Time

Whether I’m:
  • Sleeping
  • At lunch
  • In a meeting
  • On a walk
  • Binge-watching bad reality TV

Zobot is there. No autoresponder. No “we’ll get back to you soon.” Just immediate, helpful interaction that feels personal—even if I’m nowhere near my laptop.
