Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Post Your Job
Once you create a job opening in Zoho Recruit, Zia will use the job description to understand what kind of candidate you're looking for.
Pro tip: The clearer and more detailed your job description, the better Zia’s matching will be.
Step 2: Receive Applications (Or Add Candidates)
As candidates apply (or if you import resumes manually), Zia starts working behind the scenes. You’ll see the Zia Match Score column next to each candidate in your job pipeline.
Step 3: View Zia's Recommendations
Click into a job opening and:
- Go to the Zia Match tab
- See a ranked list of candidates by Match Score
- Click any name to view Zia’s highlights, including:
